On Sunday, October 22, 2023, Encounter Church opened its doors for the first time. The hustle and bustle of volunteers setting up chairs and tables echoed on the brick walls. The smell of freshly brewed coffee filled the air and the electrified conversation amongst the members was sheer sign that God was present.

Revolution Ministries, a youth led team who pronounces the good news through music and worship, blessed the EC congregation with songs from Hillsong United, Elevation Worship and Cory Asbury just to name a few.

As these youth sang of the overwhelming, never-ending, wreckless love of God, our church was filled with thanksgiving and humilty at all of the work God has done in the process of soft launching a church. Truly without God, none of this would have happened.
